Prohibited Activities

We don't work on, research or introduce opportunities that involve any of the following.

Financial activities we don't touch

• Offers of shares, bonds, units or other securities, or raising funds from the public.
• Collective schemes, pooled funds, or any arrangement promising a fixed or high payout.
• Unlicensed lending, payment services, remittance or digital token services.
• Multi-level marketing, pyramid or chain-recruitment schemes.

Illegal or harmful businesses

• Anything illegal in Singapore, or that needs a licence the operator doesn't hold or can't get.
• Unlicensed gambling, controlled drugs, weapons, or adult content.
• Products that copy someone else's brand, design or patented technology.

Misuse of information

• Work built on an employer's, client's, university's or competition's confidential information, or that someone else has a claim to.
• Personal data collected without the consent the PDPA requires.
• False or misleading claims, or evidence that has been altered.

On this website

• Submitting false information or applying in someone else's name.
• Trying to access the admin area, probing for weaknesses, or sending automated traffic.

We may decline or stop any engagement that we believe falls into these categories.
