1. Who we are

SiteQuest is operated by [legal entity name and UEN to be added]. It provides commercial research, commercial due diligence and implementation services in Singapore. These terms cover your use of this website. Paid work is governed by a separate engagement letter, which takes priority over these terms if they differ.

2. What this website is for

This website describes our services and lets you apply to work with us. Nothing on it is an offer to sell a business, a share in a business or any other asset, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy one.

3. Not advice

SiteQuest provides commercial research and implementation services. It does not provide investment, legal, tax or financial advice, does not deal in securities, and does not hold client money. Get your own legal, tax and financial advice before you make a decision.

4. Evidence labels and sample content

Evidence labels describe how far a claim has been checked, as set out in our evidence standard, and nothing more. Opportunity cards marked “Sample” are fictional and for illustration only.

5. Confidential information

Details of real opportunities are shared only with people who accept our confidentiality terms. We protect the confidential material, not the general idea behind it: anyone may independently pursue a similar idea.

6. Applications

By applying you confirm that what you tell us is accurate. We may decline any application and don't have to give a reason. Applying does not create an engagement.

7. Fees and payment

Fees shown on this website exclude GST and are confirmed in writing before work starts. We invoice separately; no payment is taken through this website. We never hold client money, and any money changing hands between buyers and sellers goes through them or a licensed provider, not through SiteQuest.

8. No dealing around us

If we introduce you to a party, you agree not to use that introduction to exclude SiteQuest from fees agreed in your engagement letter.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse this website, submit false information, or try to access areas not meant for you. See also Prohibited Activities.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from decisions you make based on it. Our liability for paid work is set out in the engagement letter.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
