Member Confidentiality Agreement
DRAFT — pending Singapore counsel review
Last updated: 16 October 2026
Members accept this agreement before they see claim ledgers, open risks or other confidential opportunity details. Version 2026-10-16-draft-1.
- Confidential Information means all non-public information about an opportunity that you see through SiteQuest, including summaries, claims, evidence, financial information, plans, documents and the identity of owners or creators.
- You will use Confidential Information only to decide whether to take part in the opportunity with SiteQuest's involvement, and for no other purpose.
- You will not copy, download, screenshot, reproduce, share or disclose Confidential Information to anyone, except your professional advisers who are bound by confidentiality duties at least as strict as these. You remain responsible for them.
- You will not use Confidential Information to develop, launch or acquire a competing or substantially similar venture, or approach the owner, creator, their customers, suppliers or staff about it, without SiteQuest's prior written consent, for 24 months from your last access.
- These obligations do not apply to information that is already public through no fault of yours, that you already lawfully held, or that you must disclose by law (in which case you will tell SiteQuest first where lawful).
- SiteQuest records your identity, this acceptance, and each time you view Confidential Information. These records may be shared with the owner or creator, or used in legal proceedings, if a breach is suspected.
- On request, you will delete or return any Confidential Information you hold.
- A breach may cause harm that money alone cannot fix, so the owner, creator or SiteQuest may seek an injunction as well as damages.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
