What does SiteQuest do?
We bring opportunity owners, product builders, operators and first customers together around a specific problem or opportunity. We check the evidence behind it, label every claim with how far it has been checked, and help turn a good match into a documented commercial pilot.
Does SiteQuest sell shares or give financial advice?
No. We provide commercial research and implementation services. We don't give investment, legal, tax or financial advice, don't deal in securities and don't hold client money. See the Disclaimer.
Who runs SiteQuest?
SiteQuest is operated by SiteQuest Pte Ltd (UEN 202647730W), based in Singapore.
Opportunities and confidentiality
Are the opportunities on the site real?
Cards marked “Illustrative · fictional” are samples that show the format. They don't describe real businesses.
Why don't the cards name the business?
Each opportunity is shown as a blind teaser with a code name, a broad region and a size range. The owner's identity is shared only after the right agreements are signed and the owner consents to that specific buyer. See how confidentiality works.
How do I express interest in an opportunity?
Click Request access on its card. That opens the buyer form with the code name filled in. We review every application before any introduction.
What do the evidence labels mean?
Each claim says how far it has been checked, from owner-stated to document-checked, and what that check does and doesn't tell you. See the evidence standard.
Member accounts
Why do I need an account to see claims and risks?
Owners share confidential material with us. Claim ledgers and open risks are shown only to members who have confirmed their email, had their identity verified and accepted the member confidentiality agreement. Every view is recorded.
How is my identity verified?
On a short video call with our team. Please have your passport, NRIC or driving licence with you. We note your name as printed, but we don't record the call, take screenshots, or keep your ID number or a copy of your ID.
How do I change my email or password?
Sign in, then open the account icon at the top right and choose Change login details.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, at any time from your account. Records of your NDA acceptance and of which confidential details you viewed are kept for 5 years, as set out in the Privacy Policy, to protect owners.
Fees
How much do your services cost?
Our services page shows starting prices, excluding GST. Fees are confirmed in writing before work starts.
Do I pay through the website?
No. No payment is taken through this website. We invoice separately under a signed engagement agreement.
Your data
How long do you keep my application?
Only for as long as it's needed for the purpose we collected it for, then we delete or anonymise it. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I ask to see, correct or delete my data?
Email our data protection officer at darryl@sitequest.ing. We'll reply within 30 days.
